Most orders are shipped with tracking unless "Letter Mail" is selected for small and flat items such as stickers.

Shipping Time: 2-4 weeks

Canada & USA estimate Shipping time: 1-3 weeks

International estimated shipping time: 4-6 weeks.

I pack orders on Mondays and Wednesdays. Shipments are dropped off the next day. If these falls on a Holiday then please allow one extra day for processing.

I will gladly accept returns or exchanges if you contact me within 14 days of your package’s delivery date. Items must be sent back and received by me within 30 days after its delivery in order to guarantee a refund or exchange. Please email hello@homebyfaith.ca for instructions of how to mail return items. A photo of the item and your order number is required.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item isn’t returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
